Double room in large house to let Corpusty

Large double room to let in a privately owned detached house near Holt. Off-street parking and a large garden. The room has access to its own private bathroom - although its not en-suite.
I have 3 dogs, 1 cat, no children. I work full time.
All bills included bar the use of the land-line. We also have broadband.
We seek a friendly, pet-friendly person who is clean, honest, and tidy to share our relaxed easy-going household.
