lovely modern small double room

Double room available in a lovely home. There is a double bed in the room at the moment which is ample size for a single person. Room is furnished with modern furniture and Bus route to city centre directly outside. Takes around 20 mins and the Hospital 12 minute drive away.
The room leads out into a lovely garden where you can sit on the patio. Lovely kitchen area and lounge area to relax in.

I work away a lot ams my husband works shifts, my other housemates have been with me for 2 and 3 years so I must be doing something right! We are all professional adults who either work away or long hours.

The house is a three story so we kind of lose ourselves when needed!

Friendly household but we like our own space and respect each other with noise or sleeping etc, I have car parking space in the drive and a garage if needed to store anything.

All I ask is as long as your clean and tidy your welcome
