Nice quiet estate, only a short drive to city or NNUH. Bus service into city.

Room is furnished with bed, desk, wardrobe, drawers, shelves, hooks, mirrors, tv and bedside table. Items can be removed if you have your own you would prefer.

Separate bathroom with bath and shower for own use, not shared with anyone else. It isn't an en-suite, but it is the room next door, accessed by shared landing. The house is a townhouse, I am on the top floor so you would be on the middle floor on your own. There will be no other housemates.

There is a parking space so you will always have somewhere to park.

Kitchen/living room shared. Has all the basic bits you would expect to find.

Any length of time considered, or happy to come to agreement on a rolling basis.
