1 room available in four bedroom semi detached house situated in quiet Cul de Sac on the Queens Hills estate. Rent includes all bills (electricity, gas, water, council tax and broadband). The house has a large kitchen/diner with integral appliances including a dishwasher. Double glass doors in the kitchen open onto the good sized garden. Also on the ground floor is the living room and cloakroom with loo and washbasin.
On the first floor are 3 double bedrooms and a family bathroom. and on the second floor the master bedroom. I am a student nurse and would like to share with either other students or professionals. I am easy going and friendly with only a few basic house rules. I like a relaxed, sociable vibe but also expect a high level of tidiness and shared responsibility for cleaning. The property is newly carpeted and decorated throughout. Non smokers only please and unfortunately no pets.
As of this moment I have 1 lodger and am looking for another. Although there are 4 rooms there will only be 3 of us in the home. Its a great location and really nice place. Hope to share with like minded people!
