I'm a relaxed, people person, happy to chat or let people do them.
I only moved in, in December but queen's Hill seems like a great little area and community, busses every 15mins so I've heard or parking no issue. Shops etc all available at long water, the same as a gym, easy access to the a47.
The house has 3bedrooms but only renting one and I have the other. Bathroom will practically be for the soul use of the rented room. Downstairs WC, longe, dinning room and kitchen. Space for shoes and coat etc.
Bobby isn't allowed on the couch unless it's with a blanket (not often!)
Anything else, please don't hesitate to ask and arrange a viewing.
