Double room to rent in Costessey

I am currently living in the house but will leave end of August, so I’m advertising my bedroom.

It’s a furnished bedroom (bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers).
Professional 5 bedroom house.

We have a large kitchen and a small garden but no living room.
Longwater retail park is only 5min away, so supermarkets and other shops nearby. All the housemates are polite and respectful and never had any trouble with them.

My tenancy ends on the 1st of October, however, I am moving out end of August, therefore, I am looking for someone to occupy my room 1st of September.

Smoking is only permitted outside the house.

We have a property manager, so applications for the room go through her.
