Double bedroom with own bathroom available in Queens Hills costessey In my 3 storey house, the room is currently left plain so the tennent can make it feel like home with their belongings. I will help source things I have if there's anything they don't have .
Fully furnished Parking for 1 vehicle and all bills included. Space will be available in fridge and freezer and use of kitchen equipment and washing machine is welcome the property is close to a regular bus service into the city and around 15 minute drive into the city . There is off-road parking in a very quiet area of the estate. I do have a garage that has been made into a space where there is some gym equipment. I have a nice garden with a hot tub ,drying lines and seating area .
Female live-in landlady.
The successful applicant will be considerate and respectful but most importantly must be good with animals as I have cats and small dog. Their happiness and safety is paramount.
1 month in advance with payment monthly or weekly going forward.
Ideally would like a long term tenant but will accept shorter terms. The tenancy period will be agreed upon after a 1 month trial period to ensure suitability for all parties.
You will maintain cleanliness of the room and used common areas.
None payment, anti social behaviour, damage/mistreatment to the property or its furnishings or harm/mistreatment of the cats or dog will all result in immediate tenancy termination.
