A lovely room to rent in my four bedroom townhouse on Queens Hills with full en suite and large walk in wardrobe.

You would be sharing with two clean and tidy tenants. I am clearly biased but it is a beautiful and spacious property, rarely the need to cross paths unless you want to. Lovely kitchen diner, dual aspect lounge. Garage, car port and back garden.

Would suit a professional who likes living in a clean and quiet house. A partner staying occasionally would be ok but not the place for lots of late night guests. Sorry, no smokers, no DSS, pets would need to be discussed.
