Double room, Costessey

Double room, furnished, in a home with a friendly and easy going family. Free wi-fi and tv in bedroom, but you are very welcome to use the family living room, study, dining room etc. Although it is not en-suite, you would be the only one using the family bathroom normally, so no fights for the bathroom in the morning! We have 2 boys (10 and 7) who are used to lodgers being in the home - anyone to play football with them is a bonus but not a requirement! We are happy for you to join in and relax with us, but also mindful and respectful of privacy. Bills are included but you would buy your own food and do your own cooking. Old Costessey is a lovely, quiet part of Norwich, 4 miles from the centre but close to woods and also the Marriots Way. A regular bus service to the centre and plenty of shops and facilities nearby. UEA is 3. 5 miles away, easy to drive or cycle to.
