Large double room with private use of family bathroom next to the bedroom on top floor of town house.
This is situated in Queens Hills and the houses overlooks woodland. Parking available. Easy access to UEA and Hospital as well as the city centre.

Lodger must not mind 2x friendly dogs who are kept out of the way so won't bother any one. I don't mind male or female lodger.

Would like professional workers who don't mind maybe sharing the cooking every now and then and a glass of wine. I will also consider students.

I am a professional worker myself and am clean and tidy and do not smoke.

My interests are travelling, hiking, gym, a good movie and having a laugh. I really am an easy going person!

There is also super fast broadband at the house.
