A single room in a large detached house, ideal location for the University of East Anglia (UEA).

The room has a single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk. Sunny aspect with a south facing window overlooking a large garden. Located on the south side of Norwich, close to the city, yet close to the countryside too.

It's a friendly house with central heating and shared use of the living room, kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and garden. Fridge for your exclusive use. Currently, there is one professional, one female student, a small dog (see photo) and two tortoises living at the house.

Rent is inclusive of gas, electricity, water, WiFi, but excluding council tax contribution (band G). If you are a full-time student then the council tax is zero. A lodger rental agreement will be provided. If you are a foreign national, you are required to show evidence of the right to live in the UK.

The University of East Anglia (0.6 mile) is a short walk across a footbridge over the River Yare. The Norwich & Norfolk University Hospital (1.1 miles) and John Innes Centre (1.4 miles) are also within walking or cycling distance.

There are direct bus services to Norwich City Centre, the Norwich & Norfolk University Hospital and other bus routes.
