Cost of room depending on requirements:

(1) £500 for a Mon-Fri let only
(2) £550 for a Mon-Sun let
(3) £600 for a short term monthly let of 6 months or less

£200 damage deposit held and £50 cleaning charge paid up front alongside employment or institution references.
