I’ve done plenty of house shares over the years so this isn’t new to me, I like to socialize but also respect each others boundaries.
The room has a wardrobe atm, I would consider putting a bed in it if you don’t have your own furniture.
Very good location, just a 10 minute walk to the UEA and hospital .
