I’m (female) going into my third year at UEA and I’m looking for someone (preferably female) to rent out the other room of my house from the beginning of August. It’s a new build 2 bedroom house in a quiet and safe area within walking distance to the uni and NNUH with a direct bus route to the city centre. It’s a double en-suite room in a new build house and has only been lived in a year.
The rent is £760 per month.
