Two bedrooms a 20 minute walk from the UEA

2 double rooms furnished and ready for rent. They'll come with a desk, wardrobes and double beds. The house has a small utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. There's a room downstairs with a study table and a living room which has a TV and a couple of couches. There's plenty of on street parking outside the property and a tesco express which is a 15 minute walk away. The House is practically new, located in the Cringleford area and is a 15-20 minute walk from UEA. I am a second year med student at UEA, looking for some housemates to join me. Thanks for reading.
