Two bedrooms a 20 minute walk from the UEA

2 double rooms furnished and ready for rent. They'll come with a desk and feel free to ask if there's anything specific wanted. The house has a small utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. There's a small room downstairs with a study table and a living room which will have a TV. There's plenty of on street parking outside the property and a tesco express which is a 15 minute walk away. The House is practically new, located in the Cringleford area and is a 20-25 minute walk from the UEA making it ideal for students. I am a second year med student at UEA, I spend most of my time studying and have a fairly busy schedule with placement and lectures so I'll be absent most days. Thanks for reading.
