I have experience of hosting scientists, mature university students from around the world, in particular those studying Post-Graduate courses at the UEA and visiting scientists at the John Innes Centre and local research centers. I like to offer support to lodgers as they settle into Norwich. I have a peaceful environment in my house which favors those studying and needing a quiet place to rest.
SINGLE ROOM AVAILABILITY AND COSTS
WEEKLY RENT: £ 65
WEEKLY BILLS £ 20 for all bills (utilities: WI-FI, electricity, gas, water. ) This price also covers all cleaning products, washing up liquid, lavatory paper
COUNCIL TAX: university students have to provide the Student tax exemption certificate provided by the University. For non students £7 pw for Council tax contribution is required.
DEPOSIT: 4 weeks rent.

VERY GOOD AND PLEASANT LOCATION:
Norwich is a calm city. Eaton Village is very safe, clean and peaceful with walking distance to bus stops, to Waitrose supermarket, to the Pharmacy, to the Post-office, to 2 good pub restaurants and to countryside walks.
7 to 10-minute bus ride to JIC - John Innes Centre, IFR -Institute of Food Research, UEA - University of East Anglia, NNUH and to the City Centre. All these locations have short cycle-able distance of around 7 to 10 minutes.
Easy and quick access to green walk trails: Marston Marshes nature walks, the riverside and at UEA green, which is well maintained and has been recognized and awarded the Green Flag Award Scheme.
