We live 3 minutes walk from a bus stop that goes directly to Norwich and the journey takes about 35 minutes. There are two bus services which make it really easy to commute. The estate is right next to Neatherd Moor and 30 seconds from the Dereham Parkrun if that appeals! Shared use of kitchen and living room and we have a garden.
