Double room in quiet, rural household for quiet, tidy, careful and considerate tenant. Pets are cats - quite fluffy - and hamsters. Will accept small caged pets, 1 cat or small dog provided they get on ok with mine. Room has wardrobe, bookshelf, chair and under bed drawers. Medium sized, private garden. Parking space in adjacent car park. 5 miles from market town, 25 miles from Norwich.
Please note: TV only via broadband - eg iplayer etc unless tenant wishes to purchase equipment and licence. Cooking in microwave/oven/grill or on single ring hob. Minimum stay 1 week. NO TIME WASTERS PLEASE - I've had several and it's most annoying.
