The room is quiet with no traffic noise. A lovely garden with plenty of seating with a view of the Park has a gate leading onto the Park with easy access to the Town and shops.

Brand new shower room shared with only one other female with large waterfall shower head plus hand shower attachment. I have my own bathroom.

Washing machine for your use with clothes horse provided indoors and rotary drier in the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with a breakfast bar and stools. There is a large American fridge/freezer with water and icemaker. All the cutlery, crockery and utensils are for your use.
