The house is located on a new estate a short walk from Downham Market town centre. The town has a rail link to either King's Lynn (8 minutes) or to Cambridge and London (35minutes, 1hr40min). I'm looking for a couple of house mates as It's a large house and I'm not around much so it'd be good for people to enjoy the house. I'm sociable and fairly laid back when it comes to everyday living. I like to keep the place clutter free and tidy. The room available can come either furnished or unfurnished and I'm flexible with helping arrange either of these options.
