Secluded house 5 minutes walk from Downham Market train station.

Council tax, bills, internet all included in price. 3 most recent payslips required.

There is parking on the street nearby.

Chilled live-in landlord looking for someone of a similar temprament. I will have an agreement I will give you before moving in so it's clear what's expected though in general I am accepting of people I live with, I cannot be bothered with tension so will just say if there is an issue, and happy to be told if I am doing something undesirable :)

I don't use the living room much (or at all) so that will more or less be yours.

Brand new double bed in room and loads of storage space for clothes and anything else.

There's a climbing wall in the back garden and a lot of gym equipment in the garage which you're welcome to use if you want.

The house currently has an indoor cat living there called John who goes out on a harness but otherwise need to be careful not to let him out of doors and windows as he was never an outdoor cat when he was adopted.

He's very friendly albeit a little scared to begin with, he's also fluffy which does tend to end up on clothes etc.
