Small cosy single bedroom in country cottage

I have a small but cosy and well equipped single bedroom to let to the right person. I can include some bedding and towels. Wardrobe, chest of draws, bedside cabinet, book shelf, storage cupboards. To share a modern shower room / toilet. Full use of the well equipped, clean kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, fridge freezer etc.
Private off street parking and large garden. Free wifi and a shared sitting room with TV.
I am looking for a professional who is at work during the day / evening. Clean and tidy, quiet and gentle by nature. I would not like visitors please or pets.
This is a very rural area with lovely walks and wildlife, there are no shops or pubs near by, Downham Market is 2 miles and Denver about the same.
