I am looking for 1 or 2 housemates to move in to a property I privately rent as soon as possible.

It is a large 4 bedroom property based in Bexwell, Downham Market, with the following features:

- Large furnished 20ft open plan kitchen/diner with seperate utility room.
- Large furnished 24ft living room.
- Downstairs WC.
- Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms, 1 which I occupy. The 2 rooms for rent are both double unfurnished bedrooms, with a large shared bathroom that also has a shower facility. The spare room is furnished and available for friends/family to stay over.
- There is a large back garden alongside a double garage and private driveway.

I am looking for young professional long-term housemates. Must be sociable with a good sense of humour.

Rent includes water and council tax. All other utility bills to be spread equally between housemates.
