I have a double room available.

This is in a modern town house in good condition, there is a good sized communal living area, kitchen and utility.
There is a bathroom with a bath/shower.
There is also a lovely low maintenance garden with decking and outdoor lighting.
All bills are included,

Who else lives in the house?

Me, I’m 33 and I work Monday to Friday 8-5 so will be out of the house during those times. I will also likely be away most weekends.

I’m quite chilled, I like to chill on the sofa watching a bit of TV, spend time outdoors, play boardgames & love traveling.

I like to keep the house nice and clean and would expect anyone that lives here to do the same.
