Double Room In Norwich Near Uea Available Jan 2020

We would prefer short-term stays of up to a term/3 months but will consider longer.

My partner and I live here, but often travel and work a lot of evenings and weekends. We’re really used to living with people and have had lodgers from all over the world.

We have one well lit, bedroom with double bed, one wardrobe, one desk and one set of drawers.
It is a pretty standard Maisonette with separate toilet/sink downstairs, bathroom with bath and shower upstairs, large living room with TV, spacious kitchen and front and back yards. .

WE are besides Eaton Park and literally two streets away from the UEA.

Who are we? We are busy but relaxed females that like a tidy house but don't spend all day cleaning.
We don't wash up until the end of day, sometimes it does carry over until the next day.

We travel a lot, you don't have to, but please respect the house.
We do a lot of creative arts.
Must like dogs, we don't have one at the moment but we have them visit.

I should also say, we don't need the heating up that high in this house. You do have your own radiator in your room that you can turn up and down at your will but the house in general is cool to warm, your room is always the warmest as it has the hot water tank next to it. Just a thought that if you like 25 degrees this is not the house for you, we then to have the house at 18 - 23 over winter.

Rent include a professional cleaner twice a month for all communal areas.
Rent includes everything except telephone use, house has wifi.

For short - term stays up to 5 weeks, we'd prefer the rent upfront with a £100 deposit.

For longer stays, we will expect a months rent up front with a deposit of £250, we'd have a chat after 2 months to see if we are happy with everything. Deposit kept if notice not given.

Safe and quiet area, by park, close to bus route via UEA- City Centre, parking is permit, although we have a guest permit and there is parking on other roads.

Open to short stay for couples but at an extra price (£125 a week)
