The double bedroom has a brand new double bed and mattress, a radiator, a build in wardrobe and extra wardobe, a chair and a desk. The single room has a sunny aspect with a south facing window with blackout blind and curtains that overlooks the front gardens.

I am currently living in the other room. A female is preferred.

The University of East Anglia (UEA) campus is just 2mins walk away. There are bus stops within a min which gets you easy access to the city centre, railway station and NNUH hospital, with frequent buses.
