Upstairs bedroom in large house near UEA / NNUH

We are 4 professional males seeking a quiet housemate to fill an unfurnished room (bathroom shared with 1 other housemate). The room is directly next to mine, I always try to be considerate of this so we're looking for someone the same. The house is a large listed building with lots of space and character, not a modern property.
