2 double rooms 5 mins walk to UEA

There are 2 bedrooms available now until July 31st 2025. This 4 bedroom house is 5 to 8 mins' walk to UEA. It has a garden, with lockable shed and possibility of on-road permit parking in front of the property. There are 2 other students (one male, one female, both final year) and both are friendly and easy to get along with.
So 4 bedrooms, a small sitting room, utility room, kitchen (with table and chairs, oven with 4 hobs, microwave, washing machine, 2 fridges, a chest freezer, a tumble dryer, plenty of cupboard space), bathroom with shower over bath, separate toilet.
One available room has a double bed and is on the ground floor, opening onto the garden.. The other is upstairs and has a king-size bed and is a very spacious bedroom. Each room has a desk, a chair, drawers and hanging space.
Rent is £350 per month EXCLUDING bills (£80 per month each) and deposit also £350.
We need any prospective tenants to either have UK homeowner guarantor or to pay the (almost) 4 months' rent at start of tenancy. We are local landlords who take your safety seriously and we respond quickly if there are any problems. We even do the gardening for you!
