Large double student room for - Must like dogs

Must like dogs - This is vital. Luna is a big girl. She is also really soppy but she has a lot of hair. This house is no good if you work clinically and need a no-dog hair space. Likewise don't apply if you have an allergy. We have a little cleaner that goes out every morning to try and stay on top of her hair, and she's not allowed in your room, but she has a lot of hair!

My partner and I live here, but often travel and work a lot of evenings and weekends. We’re really used to living with people and have had lodgers from all over the world.

We have one well lit, bedroom with double bed, two wardrobes, one desk and one set of shelves. all recently painted.
It is a standard Maisonette with separate toilet/sink downstairs, bathroom with bath and shower upstairs, large living room with TV, spacious kitchen and front and back yards. .

WE are besides Eaton Park and literally two streets away from the UEA.

Who are we? We are busy but relaxed couple that like a tidy house but don't spend all day cleaning.
We don't wash up until the end of day, sometimes it does carry over until the next day.

We travel a lot, you don't have to, but please respect the house.
We do a lot of creative arts. Sometimes the living room is a recording studio for our podcast.

I should also say, we don't need the heating up that high in this house. You have your own radiator in your room that you can turn up and down at your will but the house in general is cool to warm, your room is always the warmest as it has the hot water tank next to it. Just a thought that if you like 25 degrees this is not the house for you, we then to have the house at 18 - 23 over winter.

Rent may include a professional cleaner twice a month for all communal areas. (She's off at the moment).

Rent includes everything except telephone use, house has good wifi.

We'd like a chat after 2 months to see if we are happy with everything. Deposit kept if notice not given. Notice is 2 months.
