There is a very large double bedroom available close to the UEA. The room also has a large en-suite bathroom with a shower. The king-sized bed is included. Warbrobe and cupboards can be left in the room if required.

Plenty of space if you're a couple, but still cheap enough if you're looking to move in on your own.

You'll have use of the kitchen and living room and there is also space for parking.

There is the additional cost of the broadband each month, which is roughly £8, and also council tax which is around £30. Bills are paid every 3 months and are very cheap!

Outside there is a large garden and a garage to use for extra storage space.

Close to the UEA, and only a few minutes walk to the bus stop which takes you straight to the City centre.
