A self-contained double room, study area, ensuite, kitchen and parking has become available in our family house (a barn conversion set in 3 acres) on the rural outskirts of Norwich, handy for the city, UEA and the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital and Lotus Cars/Hethel Engineering Centre.
The room itself is a bright, airy double with room for a wardrobe and drawers (included with the room). There is also a small separate study area. You will have sole use of an adjacent bathroom, and shared use of the family’s utility room as your kitchen, which includes storage, washing, food preparation, and cooking facilities.
You will have your own dedicated entrance straight into the annexe, which is separated from the main house by a locked internal door.
All bills are included and broadband is available.
