Double ensuite in newly renovated barn conversion

Hethel Barn is a two bedroom barn conversion ideally suited to people working in the area and needing a quiet and homely space to relax in. It is also available through Air B&B (search for Oak Room, Hethel Barn and Ash Room, Hethel Barn).

The Barn is located on our family farm approx 6 miles from Norwich city centre and the Norwich Research Park (and UEA). It is within walking distance to Lotus and Hethel Engineering. Guests will need their own transport.

The two bedrooms share a front door and kitchenette (equipped with fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave and breakfast bar) and have their own picnic table in the cottage garden. Each bedroom can be set up with twin single beds or one superking bed, depending on the guest's preference. Each bedroom has an ensuite shower room.

The bedrooms have underfloor heating, superfast broadband, 43" TVs, desks and separate dining tables. High quality guest bedding and towels are provided.

The price is negotiable, depending on length of stay and number of guests. Guests may purchase free range eggs and home produced honey from the hosts.
