Furnished double room in a 3 bed house in the village of Easton, includes the 3rd bedroom that can be used as a separate living room with a sofa bed, desk & tv. So you will have the use of 2 rooms.
The house has a main living / dining room, small kitchen, garden and a single shared bathroom.
I have 2 cats so must be a cat lover and willing to feed if and when I am not home if possible.
Has a double drive if you have a car.
Must be employed and be able to provide references and a deposit.
Includes all utility bills, council tax & Netflix.
