My house is a modern mid terrace with spacious lounge and kitchen/diner downstairs and three large double bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. Your room would be a modern furnished large double room and has large double mirrored wardrobe, double bed, bedside tables/drawers plus another four drawer unit. Bathroom has bath with power shower over, basin and toilet and shared with the one other female lodger.
The location is Easton, Norwich; within a few minutes of the A47 Southern Bypass west end (Longwater). So ideally suited for Easton College, Longwater Retail Park (including Sainsbury's, The Range, Next, etc.), the University and the Hospital, including central, west and south city.
Parking is no problem at all. None of this narrow street parallel parking here!!
If you don't drive the city is 20 minutes on the bus and that goes every half hour from just up the road.
I am mostly tidy and like things to be clean too but I promise not to shoot you if you leave a cup in the lounge!
I have lived in Easton for over 12 years and now live with my partner Jan. I've had lodgers very successfully for all of that time so well versed in the art of house sharing. We are a very friendly, very easy going and very happy house. You will easily and quickly feel at home here.
We have had two fantastic lodgers for the last year who have got on extremely well together and we're happy on one hand but sad on the other to say one is moving on in her life, to move in with her new partner hence the Spareroom becoming available.
We also have 4 lovely cats; Conan and Gremlin & Robbie and Rosie so it will be important that you love cats too.
You room will have a new carpet, new bed and new mattress.
ALL BILLS ARE INCLUDED, including super fast fibre optic wireless broadband.
