Flat Mate Needed

I am currently looking to rent out my spare room due to change of circumstances. I live ten minute walk from the UEA norwich in a new build design, two bedroom flat top floor. I have a double room to offer unfurnished with shared use of kitchen living area and bathroom etc. I am ideally looking for a female who is hard working like my self and trustworthy.
