A cosy small double room is available in my peaceful, lived-in home just off the main road to Norwich near to Holt. Tucked away in a quiet location, it’s perfect for someone who appreciates tranquillity, nature, and a respectful, friendly home environment.

• Shared bathroom
• Access to all shared spaces, including a large enclosed garden with covered seating area and BBQ

You’ll be sharing with me – I’m a holistic practitioner who also supports adults with learning disabilities. I work from home most of the time and value my privacy, peace, and a good balance of space-sharing and quiet time. The house has a relaxed, semi-tidy vibe – it’s a home, not a show home. Also sharing with Trev who works long hours as a farmer. He likes to spend time in his camper most of the time. He also has a little dog.

In our free time, we love spending time in the garden, going for walks, practicing meditation, and creating content for my wellbeing business and being creative.

We are NOT into gaming or loud TV/music and I value calm evenings, meaningful conversation, and mutual respect.

What WE are Looking For:
• A kind, considerate, and peaceful professional
• Own transport is essential, as public transport is limited in this area
• Someone who enjoys a quiet lifestyle – not into gaming or loud TV or loud music.
• Don’t mind sharing a meal once in a while
• No pets, no couples, and no regular visitors please

I share my home with 2 lovely dogs, so you’ll need to be comfortable with animals – but unfortunately, I can’t accommodate any more pets.
