Welcome my peaceful, lived-in home just off the main road to Norwich. Tucked away in a quiet street., it’s perfect for someone who appreciates peace, nature, and a respectful, friendly home environment.

About the Room & Home:
•large double room, comfortably furnished, with desk and draws, chair and wardrobe. Bedding if required.
• Shared downstairs bathroom
• Access to all shared spaces, including a large enclosed garden with covered seating area and BBQ
• Private parking available

• you get your own private fridge and cupboard space. You can use all kitchen equipment.

• Wi-Fi included
• Monthly rent: £475 and contribution to electricity.

You’ll be sharing with me – I’m a mindset coach, and I also work with adults with learning disabilities. I work from home 3 days and enjoy a balanced, peaceful lifestyle.
Also with Trevor (not full time) as he travels in his camper. He’s a farmer.
The house is semi-tidy and lived-in – a relaxed, real home, not a show home.
It’s an ex council property.
We both like to travel a lot.

In my free time, I love spending time in the garden, going for walks, practicing meditation.
I’m not into gaming or loud TV/music or drinking … only occasional wine with meals. I value calm evenings, meaningful conversation, and mutual respect.

What I’m Looking For:
• A kind, considerate, and peaceful professional
• Own transport is essential, as public transport is limited in this area
• Someone who enjoys a quiet, balanced lifestyle
• I have dogs 🐶
• No pets, no couples, and no regular visitors please

I share my home with a lovely, friendly dog, so you’ll need to be comfortable around animals – but unfortunately, I can’t accommodate any more pets.
