I am looking for a trustworthy professional person to share my lovely house.
There is plenty of parking space and the garden is almost an acre with pleasant places to sit.
The large garden has plenty of tranquil places to relax and backs onto to Bacton woods for those who like to walk or mountain bike.
The house is a few minutes walk from Spa Common and one and a half miles from North Walsham.
There are some lovely beaches within five miles and Bacton Gas site is five minutes drive from here.
The room has a free view TV and good phone reception.
There are two bathrooms in the house, one upstairs and one downstairs.
I have a well behaved six year old boy who lives with me too.
