Looking for a professional female. This is a quite and safe area. Access to the property has a private gate. Landlord lives next door and is very helpful. The house is brand new and very neat.
Kitchen and bathroom would be shared with myself.
Looking for someone who wants to move in ideally for 6-12 months. Property is available from 1st of April, but can negotiate move in date. No deposit required. Can take pay 2 weeks in advance or 1 month, can be negotiated.
I'm the picture you will see a long size mattress, it is there to illustrate the size of the room. All furniture can be removed if you have your own.
Nearby town is Downham Market, only few minutes drive in the car, with access to train station and a good variety of shops such as Lidl and Tesco's and fuelling garage, nice restaurants, leisure centre with swimming pool.
