Spacious and clean house with one double room to rent (king size bed), all bills are included.

Junior doctors and 1 year stay preferred.

2 house mates (the female landlady who is a children's entertainer and a male actor). Both creative people but quiet.

- Within easy walking/cycling distance of QE hospital and town centre (less then 15min cycling).

- Next to Tesco and Aldi supermarket, various shops and bus stop next to it. Plus college and High schools near.

- Room#1: with a king size bed, 1 wardrobe (really big with mirrors), 1 small closet, 2 bedside tables, desk and office chair. Furniture can be moved and removed to taste.

- There is a bathroom upstairs with heated towel rail, electric shower and bath with taps Bath tap has a water filter. There is also a separate WC downstairs.

- The communal kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, fridge freezer, range cooker, washing machine, microwave, toaster, ninja blender, air fryer, filtered water tap and all necessary utensils, pans and crockery.

- On street parking is available along with a secure area in the rear garden for bicycles (shed).

- Communal areas within the house include the TV lounge, kitchen, conservatory which is used as dining space/with a dining table and sofa, plus an outside large garden with garden furniture.

- Good wireless connection.

- No smoking indoors, but obviously it's fine outside in our beautiful garden.

- Quiet, clean and friendly atmosphere.
