Looking for an easy going lodger.

I am a fairly active 75 year old retired professional in my own home. I have a double room which overlooks trees and gardens and is really quiet. (Council Band D)

The house is a 1920s semi in the Springwood area, about 300yds from the Springwood school and 1 mile from the hospital.

The room I let out is at the back of the house and although not ensuite has an adjacent toilet and bathroom which is only used by very occasional family visitors. I would be happy for any lodger to have accesss to all facilities including kitchen, dining room , living room, washing machine, dish washer, TV piano and garden. The house is not modernised but has been kept in a reasonably good state since it was bought in 1963..

I am happy with any age. I have many interests including classical and folk music, and play in a local amateur orchestra. I also enjoy going into the countryside weather permitting. My son and two daughters are now in their forties and I have six grandchildren.
