I’m a live-in landlord and work as a music teacher, so the house is generally pretty calm and easygoing. Looking for someone reliable, respectful and easy to live with.
The room is a good size and comes furnished. The house has a shared kitchen, bathroom and living space.
Rent is £420 per month, including all bills and broadband. Deposit is £420.
I’m ideally looking for a working professional. Single occupancy preferred, but couples may be considered at a higher rent.
