i have a double room avalible to rent, the room is furnished but can be removed if you wish.

there is a box room spare too which i am willing to let my lodger use for stoarge, wardrobes etc....

i have a small dog which is sometimes at mine sometimes at my parents. he is very friendly.

all bills are included in the rent this excludes food.
