Rent: £400 per calendar month if paid monthly or £100 per week if paid weekly. Rents to be paid in advance at the beginning of each rental period. The rent includes all bills except food & personal toiletries. Short lets considered.

I work full-time and some evenings. A cat lives here and once or twice a month a dog comes to visit us (along with my adult daughter). The house is in a pretty village in the centre of a triangle formed by Kings Lynn, Swaffham and Fakenham all of which are about 20 minutes by car. The village has a pub and a post office & shop.
