Single room in a family home beside the seaside

I have a room available for rent for a female (due to the consideration of other females living here) single occupancy, in work (we do not accept universal credit) . We live a stone throw away from the seafront with numerous amounts of activities & all amenities within walking distance, restaurants, bars, gym, swimming pool, attractions & shopping all at your doorstep. The bathroom is shared but is on the same floor as the room, our kitchen is shared & we all love to cook, We have 1 friendly but shy persian cat that you wouldn’t even notice as she sleeps majority of the time. Rent is one month in advance & deposit of £395 , deposit will need to be paid in advance if you wish that we hold the room for you. Parking is available outside the house but due to being right by the seafront permits will need to be paid yearly however free parking is available in the neighbouring streets.
