A brand new fully refurbished bed sitting room in an established licenced, 7 bed HMO in North Denes Road, Great Yarmouth. The room is fully furnished with brand new bed and mattress, built in wardrobe, fridge freezer and full kitchen facilities.

It is on the second floor of a three storey building. There are 5 other residents who are all single males and been in occupation for a considerable period of time.

Heating is by way of thermostat controlled heater and the room has a laminate floor.

There is no access to the outdoor space, however there is a secure bike parking facility.

The house has 2 shower rooms, with toilet and washing facilities and 1 separate WC. The communal areas are cleaned regularly.

There is a local bus stop outside the door, a Morrisons supermarket across the road and it is a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 20 minute walk to the town centre.

All utility bills are included in the weekly rent including free fibre superspeed broadband.

We would prefer a long term tenant to make this room into a home, however we only have a minimum stay of 3 months. There is on-road, no permit parking outside the property.
