Single room with double bed in GT Yarmouth

In a very quite area of gt yarmouth, not near the sea front where it gets a little too loud especially at nights, close to train , bus and police stations. Local shop 3 minutes, 5 minutes to supermarkets ASDA, Lidl, Aldi, Tesco and Sainsbury's.
We are two adults 42 & 56 but quite laid back and haven't matured yet lol We have our 15 year old son who is down to earth and busy in love with his girlfriend we have no chance to see him around! We are looking for someone who is not loud and professional as we are fairly a quite house no party person please cant have that. no drinking please or loud music or smoking in the house! We have references available from previous lodgers just ask! :)
My first language is macedonian and i speak fluent in english, serbian and croatian i have understanding of bulgarian, polish, bosnian, slovakia
