Room to Rent Close to Town Center.

we have a double room available to rent imedatley.
it has a single bed, wardrobe, table, draws. it has a double bed frame, but no mattress for it. you can choose what one you would like.
the house has a communal kitchen, bathroom, and living room. we have a bath and washer/dryer. street parking, round the corner. and very small front and back garden.
wireless broadband is included in the cost. this will only be accessible via your own computer. virgin t. v is available in the living room.
you will be sharing the house with the owners, Joanna and Craig wright.
some forums like this will allow us to see that we have messages, but not allow us to see the messages unless we pay. we will not be doing that.
pets will be allowed, on condition, our own gets on with them. benefits are also accepted, if the payments are sent directly to us.
