Double Furnished Room

double furnished room ,just redecorated .shared loo and shower on same floor .this is on the top floor .No kitchen facilities but we do provide ,microwave ,toaster and kettle .We run a quiet and friendly house ,do not tolerate ANY drunkeness or drug taking .immediate eviction for anyone ignoring this !No couples .If applying for housing benefit you will be required to request that the rent is paid directly into our bank account .Also that we can have permission to ask the benefits office about your claim . Everyone in the house are happy easy going bunch and always ready to help .
