I’m only around in passing due to work / Airbnb work. Always on hand for any issues that arise. The Cottage is stunning and very high specification.

Have rented myself around the UK and seen the good & bad in both lodgers & land lords. Lovely home, safe, quiet and friendly, I deal with the maintenance as owner and on hand when needed otherwise I respect privacy and want quiet enjoyment for all.
